Irritation is a weird thing. Some things get you out of your mind, other things excite you... But it still is irritating! The "AMORON" pieces deals with this fact, and is composed / orchestrated over things that have irritated me through the years - persons (if, the instrumentation is accurate to the instrument(s) the person that irritated me is/are playing / did play...), music, moods... Whatever you can think of (and beyond...) .
Amoron No. 1-6 also is a suite called "ROUNDPIECES" (in danish "Rundstykker" (a small bread), see in your word explanation about this phenomenon...). Using circular techniques in the composition process, these 6 pieces also is the result of the statement that Laura Lundfold (look above at No. 9, "5 Signs", and you´ll find her) said in the autumn of 2007 at a meeting in Billund, when these "rundstykker" were ready on the table: "Now he will write some music over this phenomenon!" He - that´s me, and music... Yes, it´s right here!
